Barbara cooks the coast she grew up on

Trained between Mayan kitchens and the Caribbean shoreline, chef Barbara builds private menus around the people at the table — the season, the catch of the day, and the story you want the night to tell.

Every experience arrives complete: ingredients, chef, full service and taxes. The dishes are chosen per group, the salsas made by hand, and the only thing left for you is to sit down and taste.
